House Chal'dre inhabit the river valleys and the deserts of Daskon. Their main city, Chi'mort (Pronounced KY-mor), is at the head of the Tennu River and contains some of the most lush and exuberant jungles in Remok. The Nobles of House Chal'dre are very dark-skinned with almond shaped eyes. They are fiercely proud of their heritage and the city is full of statues depciting former members and great moments in their history. Their long held allaince with House Armandel has recently become endangered when the head of House Chal'dre, Duke Serrice Chal'dre, refused to aid them in their struggle against the Ghorvaan. The only thing that stopped the Armandel from becoming enraged was thew Duke's son Phaylin. Phaylin ignored his fathers orders and took his personal guard to the front to fight the Ghorvaan. He is currently dispossessed and has taken refuge with House Armandel. |
